Long Sleeve Plastic/CPE Disposable Aprons

Disposable plastic aprons with long sleeves have several sizes, width is from 60cm to 85cm, length is from 90cm to 150cm. Small aprons are mainly for children or restaurant, we called it bib aprons, food aprons, restaurant aprons. Long sleeve plastic aprons are mainly white or blue colour, but some other customers need it in pink or customization printed, but must use food contact master batches. Thickness is from 10 micron to 40 micron, weight is from 5.0gram to 30gram.

PE Plastic Aprons

Plastic aprons are all made by film, different dimension and different thickness needed by different customers. PE aprons are made by HDPE and LLDPE, also add some LDPE to make it shine, looked better.

Customers purchased 70*120cm dimension’s aprons a lot, mainly 9.5 gram(10 gram) and 12 gram, and need to fold it into one by one for users better using.

Other countries and areas don’t need to fold it, they like it only 100 or 50 pieces in one bag or boxes, dimension mainly 60*80cm for children, 70*120cm, 80*140cm, 80*160cm for adults, weight is from 7.0 gram to 25 gram. It is totally different from different customers and different industries.

CPE Plastic Aprons

Disposable CPE aprons and gowns are made by CPE film, also have different dimension and different thickness. They are mainly used in nursing care and hospitals, some food factories also use them, but not many, because it is made by hand recently, it is expensive, food factories mainly use aprons.

CPE Aprons are mainly exported to Japan, they use it in supermarket kitchen and food factory, it’s thicker and stronger than PE aprons, cheaper than PVC aprons and TPU or EVA aprons, can be used in a whole day, so it is very economical.
